Fitness App – Workout Management

The Fitness App was developed with the goal of helping users better manage their time and achieve a healthier lifestyle. In a context where the number of people engaging in physical activities is increasing, many still face obstacles such as lack of time and limited access to personalized workout plans. Our app addresses these challenges by allowing users to manage their workouts, access key information about schedules and equipment, and receive activity reminders tailored to their routines.

Problem

Lack of time is the main barrier to regular physical activity, with 35.2% of individuals citing this factor as a constraint, according to a study by IBGE. Additionally, many people struggle to find workout plans that meet their specific needs, making it difficult to commit to an exercise routine.

Objectives

The primary goal of the Fitness App is to help users fit their workouts into their daily routines by offering exercise options, reminders, and training plans based on individual availability. The platform centralizes information such as class schedules and available equipment, while also offering personalized workout programs.

Justification

With the growing demand for a healthier lifestyle, the Fitness App emerges as a solution to overcome the difficulties faced by many when trying to maintain a consistent exercise routine, contributing to improved public health and overall well-being.
