The system I developed for the organization includes several essential features for efficient management:

Users can securely change their passwords.
Access control based on permission levels ensures data confidentiality.

2. Employee Registration and Editing:

Employees can be registered with detailed information such as name, position, contact, and personal data.
Information can be updated as needed.

3. Medication Management:

Registration of medications available at the institution.
Edit and delete medications as needed.
Strict control to ensure medications are always up to date and available.

4. Medication and Meal Requests:

Staff can request medications and meals for the residents.
The system automatically calculates the total cost based on requests.

5. Reports:

Medication inventory report to monitor availability and avoid shortages.
Employee report with detailed team information.
Financial report including data on expenses, revenues, and budgets.

6. Charity Bazaar:

Implementation of a bazaar module to register donated or acquired items.
Inventory control for clothing, footwear, household items, and other products.
Tracking of donations and sales, including value calculations.
